Bridget Jones (Muslimah version)
‘I just wanted to let you know that I could never marry someone who is only five foot three,’ he said.
‘I’m sure you are very attractive from what people have told me. But you are just too short for me. So please don’t get your hopes up
when we meet tomorrow.’
There was a long pause. What to say? Irrationally, I still met him for dinner. Curiosity? Attraction?
Uncowed optimism? Attraction to doom?
At dinner, he insisted we ‘go Dutch’.
‘You are very pretty, though,’ he told me. ‘Just way too short.’
I wondered if he thought short people had no feelings.

Easy isn’t it if you get the “Oh, I know straight away that he’s The One” feeling. Hmmm.

hahaha… here’s my solution for being short…
- dont let it be a factor for u to feel down.. show ppl, sumtin that u have, they dont have!
- another 1, find someone whos short as well! haha!
